To avoidthis, be certain that the document you are faxingcontains fonts from the base font list of 35 fonts availableto all PostScript fax printers.Follow these steps to transmit your document as a fax fromMS-DOS:1. Begin your MS-DOS application from where you wish to senda document as a fax and prepare your document as if youwere going to print it. Be certain the PostScript printer driveris selected within the application.2. Press Alt+F1 or the hot-key combination you selectedduring software installation to display the Fax Pop-up menu.3. This step is optional. Type the fax recipient name and pressEnter.
