Thisincludes:• [Add Repository File] in Workflow Submission Client.• [Browse Repository...] in the Save and JDF export nodes.• Hot folders When you create a hot folder, you must specifythe “Submitting user” whose repository credentials areassociated with the hot folder: either a member of the ProcessManager Administrator group or a member of the Operatorsgroup. This informs the system whose repository credentials touse when a job must access a repository during hot foldersubmission.• Resubmit operation in Workflow Job Manager.Prior to performing operations that require repository access, youmust set up and save your repository credentials in FreeFlowProcess Manager. Credentials are set up and saved per user.Once a user has RMS credentials saved, all future repositorytransactions by that user through the Workflow Builder, WorkflowSubmission Client, or Workflow Job Manager use the same savedRMS credentials.Before setting up repository credentials in FreeFlow ProcessManager, you must have previously:• Set up an account on the repository.• Set up a link between the desired repository and FreeFlowProcess Manager via the FreeFlow Administration Tool.See also:Ensuring success with repository credentials
