During install, XeroxFreeFlow Process Manager Administrators and XeroxFreeFlowProcess Manager Operators groups are created. Youradministrator then populates these groups with users.Permissions to launch applications are based on groupmembership. For more information, see Group membership andauthorization.When attempting to open a FreeFlow Process Managerapplication:• If you are currently logged into a Process Manager server, butare not a member of either the Xerox FreeFlow ProcessManager Administrators or Xerox FreeFlow Process ManagerOperators group, a message displays and you may not havepermission to run the application. This also applies to logged-in users on remote client machines.• If you are currently logged into a Process Manager server, area member of the Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager Operatorsgroup, and you are attempting to access an application thatrequires Xerox FreeFlow Process Manager Administratorsgroup privileges, a login screen displays and you must enterthe required credentials. This also applies to logged-in userson remote client machines• If you have permission to launch an application by virtue ofmembership in an authorizing group, the application launcheswithout asking for credentials.
