Each process can have a combined maximum of 10folder-based and CLI profiles.Submitting from third party processes via hot folders: Folder-based profiles allow the submission of jobs from third partyprocesses via hot folders. During setup, each profile is assigned toa process input hot folder, a process output hot folder, and anoptional errors hot folder.For folder-based profiles, third party software must be installedand running on the Process Manager server or a third partymachine in order to use external processes in a workflow. Whenthe Process Manager workflow reaches the third party step, thejob is retrieved by the third party application, processed, and thenreturned to the Process Manager workflow to complete anyremaining workflow steps.Running third party scripts: CLI profiles are available for inputvia command line interfaces and scripts.
