Error Messages and Codes 3-23Jam at Registration Roller: Jam RR■ Check the paper path especially in the area of the registration roller and turnchute assembly for obstruction or debris.■ Try picking paper from a different tray.■ Ensure the media being used is a supported type.■ Remove, fan, and reload the media.■ Cycle printer power.■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.NoteIn some instances the error code will clear after power is cycled to theprinter, but will reappear with the next print.
