7-69POWR Power unitTightening procedure when using new cylin-der head bolts:Tightening procedure when reusing the cylin-der head bolts:TIP:• Make sure to install the cylinder head gas-kets (PORT and STBD) onto the proper cyl-inder heads.• In the 6th stage, mark the M10 bolts 5 andthe cylinder heads with identification marksa, and then tighten the bolts 90° from themark.4. Install new filters 8 and the OCVs 9,and then tighten the OCV bolts 0 to thespecified torque.5. Install the engine hangers A, and thentighten the engine hanger bolts B to thespecified torque.6. Install the fuel rails.
