Bridge Statistics WindowNOTEIf your device firmware can accept four-digit year values, the Date field will allow you toenter the year portion in one-, two-, or four-digit format. If you choose to enter one or twodigits for the year, any value greater than or equal to 88 will be presumed to be in the1900s; a value of 87 or less is presumed to be in the 2000s. No matter which entry formatyou choose, the year will still be displayed and set as a four-digit value. If your device firmware cannot accept four-digit year values, the Date field will allow youto enter the year portion in one- or two-digit format (with leading zeros suppliedautomatically for single-digit entries). No presumption is made about the century, andany two-digit year value (from 00 to 99) will be accepted.Attempts to set the date may result in one of three different error messages. Two of thesemessages will indicate that the wrong number of digits has been used for the year value, and will indicate the appropriate number of digits to use for the selected device; the thirdmessage will indicate that the entered date is invalid because it is not an actual calendardate (such as 02/29 in a non-leap year, any month value greater than 12, or any day valuegreater than 31).
