Doing so mayresult in loss of data or damage to the data.DeliveredInformation Contents NotesAddress BookThe Address Book,forwarding settings,and favorites buttons• All of the currently stored destinations are deleted, andthen the destinations that are delivered are registered.• Sending and receiving of the Address Book is availableonly if the Color Universal Send Kit (standard-equippedfor the iR C4580i/iR C4080i) is activated, or the optionalSuper G3 FAX Board is installed.Department IDSystem Manager andDepartment IDManagement settings• Only Department IDs existing in the client machines aredeleted.• If an identical Department ID exists in the clientmachine, its password and set counter limits areoverwritten. Counter values, however, are notoverwritten.• If a Department ID exists in the host machine, but not inthe client machine, the Department ID, password, andset counter limits from the host machine are added tothe client machine.
