Checkalso for a paper jam andclear the jam if necessary(1 p. 13-4). Then pressResume and start again.Press Resume. Reinstallthe BJ cartridge (1 p. 2-13)and start again.In either case, if the errordoes not clear, tryunplugging the unit. Waitseveral minutes, then plugit back in. Also, try installinga new BJ cartridge.(1 p. 12-12)Contact the Customer CareCenter.Clear the paper jam(1 p. 13-4) and reloadpaper in the multi-purposetray. Press Resume.Clean the BJ cartridge printhead (1 p. 12-11). If themessage remains in theLCD, replace the Color BJtank (1 p. 12-15). The unitwill then print automaticallyany faxes received inmemory.Press T to convert thecolor document to black &white and print, or press #to cancel.
