If the unit is plugged into a power strip,make sure the power strip is plugged in and turned on.The power cord may not be supplying power.❏ Check the power cord by substituting another, or by using avoltmeter to test it for continuity.The MultiPASS C70 will not print reports.The MultiPASS C70 may have the BC-21e Colour BJ cartridgeinstalled, and its black BJ tank may be empty.❏ Replace the black BJ tank. (1 p. 12-26)The MultiPASS C70 may have the optional BC-22e Photo BJ cartridgeinstalled.❏ The MultiPASS C70 cannot print reports while the optional BC-22ePhoto BJ cartridge is installed.
