20 | EnglishGeneral featuresTheft Deterrent PanelThe Backpanel of the unit can be detached andtaken with you, helping to deter theft.Removing the Backpanel1 Turn the ignition OFF or press the [SRC]button for at least 1 second.Turn OFF the power, and the control panelbecomes horizontal.• After the set time passes in 'OFF Wait Time Setting'(page49), the panel is closed.2 Remove the Backpanel forward.When 'DSI (Disabled System Indicator)' (page49)is set to ON, DSI blinks.• The back panel is a precision piece of equipment andcan be damaged by shocks or jolts. For that reason,keep the back panel in its special storage case whiledetached.• Do not expose the Backpanel or its storage case todirect sunlight or excessive heat or humidity.
