Pulse 3 times.Add the herbs, blend for 45 seconds. Set aside.Preheat the oven to 410°F (gas mark 6-7).Roll the pastry out on a floured surface. Cut out circles 5-inch in diameter.Beat the egg yolks with a little water and brush onto the pastry circles.Place a small mound of filling on one half of each circle.
