You’ll find Message Retention an invaluabletool for managing voice mail message storage space. If users are letting old, unwanted messages build up intheir mailboxes, shorten the Message Retention time. Be sure to let the users know how long voice mail willretain their messages. By default, voice mail retains all messages indefinitely.Voice mail performs its Message Retention deletions at midnight of the day the message was marked fordeletion.
