When the guest sends an urgent message, voice mail waits this inter-val to determine if the recipient has listened to the message. If not, when the guest dials L to listen to theirmessages, voice mail plays a voice prompt indicating that the urgent message has not been heard. Once enabled, voice mail asks thecaller leaving a message to enter their number prior to leaving the message. This allows the guest to listen tothe message and then dial MC to call the person back – without knowing the caller’s number. Normally, thisfeature is used when Caller ID is not available or installed.● This option is not required for Make Call to work to UX5000 extensions.
