The methods for receiving Internet faxes are described below.Settings for Internet faxingSpecify the following settings in advance. If the settings are not specifiedcorrectly, communication malfunctions may occur and Internet faxes maynot be properly received.- IP address of this machine- POP3 server address- POP3 user name- POP3 passwordReceiving Internet faxes automaticallyInternet faxes are sent and received by an e-mail server. If the above-mentioned settings are correctly specified, the arrival of Internet faxes to thespecified POP3 server is periodically checked and faxes are received(printed).However, if "Auto-RX Check" in the POP3 Settings screen (displayed fromthe Network Setting screen) is set to "Check OFF", the data is stored in thePOP3 server and not printed.
