Your job appears in the job queue with this number and thenumber of prints. There is no other information for copy jobs. When the job queuecontains a large number of copy jobs, you can have problems to find your copy job.To prevent this problem, you can assign IDs to your copy jobs. An ID is a prefix(ID_), followed by a maximum of 20 digits. Copy jobs with job IDs that are movedto memory, keep the job IDs in memory.You can set the job ID entry in the 'System manager'. You have three options.■ All jobs You have to enter job IDs for all copy jobs and jobs that go to memory■ Memory jobs You have to enter job IDs for jobs that go to memory only■ Automatic The system assigns IDs to copy jobs and jobs that go to memory.Note: All copy jobs get the prefix ID_.Before you beginYou can set the ID-entry option in the 'System manager'. Do the following.1. Select 'System manager'.You now see the options of the 'Workflow' setting. If not, press the function key for'Workflow'.2. Select 'ID entry for copy jobs'.Select one of the following.■ All jobs. You are asked to enter IDs for all copy jobs and memory jobs■ Memory jobs. You are asked to enter IDs for memory jobs only.Note: If you select 'Automatic', the system assigns IDs to the memory jobs and copyjobs.3. Close the 'System manager'.
