Theoriginals are A4. To create A4 booklets, the system requires A3 media.Before you beginMake sure that one of the paper trays contains A3 media.Create an A4 booklet from A4 originals1. Put the originals into the automatic document feeder.2. Press the function key 'Copy'.3. Select the 'Booklet' template.In the 'Layout' section, the system automatically sets the 'Layout' setting to 'Booklet'.The screen of the operator panel now displays the media size A3 for 'Print'. If not,press the function key for 'Print'. Then go to the 'Paper' section and press the functionkey for 'Paper' to select the A3 media size.4. In the 'Covers' section, press the function key for 'Covers' to select the required covertype ('Front & back', 'Back', 'Front', 'No').
