EnglishDial Directories 117Dial DirectoriesThis section explains how to program the new dial directories into the faxmachine.Please note that the programming of e-mail addresses and web page URLsis only possible when an account number is programmed into the faxmachine. If an account number is deleted after e-mail addresses and/orweb page URLs have been registered, only the telephone (fax) numberprogramming screen can be accessed. The e-mail addresses/web pageURLs are stored internally and become available after an account numberis re-programmed into the fax machine. If a new telephone (fax) numberis registered when there is no account number, e-mail addresses/web pageURLs will be deleted.Programming One Touch keysThe fax machine has ten One Touch keys that can be used for the rapiddialling of registered numbers. Up to 20 telephone (fax) numbers, aprimary and alternate number for each One Touch key, or 10 e-mailaddresses or web page URLs (one per One Touch key) can be registered.A 15 character location ID can also be entered for each One Touch key(telephone (fax) numbers only).Telephone (fax) numbers: 32 digit maximum (numerals and symbols)Location ID: 15 character maximum (uppercase alphabetic letters).E-mail addresses: 64 character maximum (upper and lowercasealphabetic letters, numerals and symbols).Web page URLs: 64 character maximum (upper and lowercasealphabetic letters, numerals and symbols).Group registrationIt is possible to mix e-mail addresses registered under One Touch keysand telephone (fax) numbers registered under One Touch keys and AutoDial codes when registering a group.
