The display shows MSG. IN MEMORY if anyfaxes have been received during memory reception mode.When you change the reception mode of your fax machine, any non-confidential fax messages stored in memory are automatically printed.If you want to print any fax messages stored in memory without changingthe reception mode, carry out the following:1. Press the Select Function key.2. Press the 2/Print Operation One Touch key. The display showsPRINT MEMORY MSG?3. Press the W YES key. The stored message begins printing.Note: If a memory reception password has been set, you will have toenter this password to print any messages stored in memory. When all messages have been printed, your fax machineautomatically returns to memory reception mode.No paper receptionWhen your fax machine has run out of paper, a NO PAPER, REPLACEPAPER message appears on the display.
