The pages of your document that were scannedinto memory are automatically deleted from the memory.Press the W YES key and all pages of your document that were scannedinto memory will be sent. After the scanned pages have been sent, thedisplay changes to RELOAD DOCUMENT.After you have reloaded your document, you can send the remainingpages of your document with another fax transmission.If this function is set to on and you DO NOT press the NO X key withinone minute of the message SEND SCANNED PAGES, your fax machineautomatically starts sending the scanned pages. If this function is set to offand you DO NOT press the NO X key within one minute, your scannedpages are cleared from the memory.Available settings for this function are on and off.24:CONTINUOUS TONE: With this function on, your fax machine willemit a continuous tone after receiving a message. Pressing the Stop keyturns off the tone. Set this function to off and your fax machine will emita short beep after receiving a fax message. Available settings are on andoff.25:INSTANT DIALLING: Set this function to start reading documentsupon call origination when transmitting to a single location. Availablesettings are on and off.26:RESTRICT ACCESS: Select whether or not you want restrictedaccess. Turning on this function renders your restricted ID registrationactive. Available settings are on and off.27:WIDTH REDUCTION: Turning this function on enables you to printreceived data at a slightly reduced width. Available settings are on and off.28:TONER SAVE: This function allows you to select whether to usetoner saving during facsimile printing when the remote sending faxmachine has selected Fine or Extra Fine resolution. The settings are ONand OFF.29:CNG COUNT: This function allows you to switch to a fax receptionmode at a certain CNG signal quantity (1-5) when the unit is operating inFAX, TAD or TEL/FAX modes.
