Plug thenetwork cable back in until you hear a positive click.Check the other end of the cable in the same manner.Plug the OkiLAN 6120e back in. If it does not detecta cable, continue below.b) Verify the cable is a 10/100 Base-T cable and it hasan RJ-45 end. The network cable must have a cat-3or higher rating. Silver Satin or flat ribbon cable isnot adequate.c) Connect to a network that a currently working PC orprint server is using. If the OkiLAN 6120e is stillunable to detect the network cable, contact TechnicalSupport for assistance.Hardware TroubleshootingStatus IndicatorThe LED status indicators display the general operatingstate of the OkiLAN 6120e. During normal operation,the red LED is off and the green LED is on, indicatingthat the OkiLAN 6120e is functioning properly and thepresence of the network is detected.The following list describes LED displays that indicateproblems, as well as possible solutions:LED DisplayGreen indicator flashing very rapidlyProblemThe OkiLAN 6120e has not detected the presence of anetwork cable.
