- 161 -Using a Web Browser to Configure the Network SetupPrinting with IPPPrinting can be performed using IPP. To enable IPP printing1 Access the printer web page and log inas an administrator.2 Select [Admin Setup].3 Select the following: [Network Setup] >[IPP] > [Setting].4 Follow the instructions that appear onthe display to configure the setup.5 Click [Submit]. To set up the printer as an IPPprinter (Windows)1 Click [Start] and select [Control Panel]in [Windows System].2 Select [View devices and printers] >[Add a printer].3 From the list of usable printers, select[The printer that I want isn’t listed].4 Select [Select a shared printer byname].5 Enter "http:///ipp"or "http:///ipp/lp",and then click [Next].6 Click [Have Disk].7 Insert the "Software DVD-ROM" into thecomputer.8 For [Copy manufacturer's files from],enter one of the paths below, and thenclick [Find].z PCL driver:D:\Drivers\PCLXLMemoz The above is an example when the DVD-ROM driveis the D: drive.9 Select the INF file, and then click[Open].
