The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warrantor.During the “Labor” warranty period there will be no charge for labor. During the “Parts” war-ranty period, there will be no charge for parts. You must carry-in or mail-in your product dur-ing the warranty period. If non-rechargeable batteries are included, they are not warranted.This warranty only applies to products purchased and serviced in the United States or PuertoRico. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of a new product which was notsold “as is”. The warranty ALSO DOES NOTCOVER damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products notsupplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect,mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, misadjustmentof consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modifica-tion, or commercial use (such as in a hotel, office, restaurant, or other business), rental use ofthe product, service by anyone other than a Factory Servicenter or other Authorized Servicer,or damage that is attributable to acts of God.THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER“LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE”.
