OfficeServ 7200 USER INSTRUCTIONSTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 1 SEPTEMBER 20051.161.12 SETTING STATION ON/OFF OPTIONSThe OfficeServ 7200 allows the system administrator to set any of the keyset featureslisted below.FEATURES DESCRIPTION00 AUTO HOLDAutomatically places an existing C.O. callon hold if a CALL button, trunk key or trunkroute key is pressed during that call.01 AUTO TIMER Automatically starts the stopwatch timerduring a C.O. call.02 HEADSET USEWhen ON, this feature disables thehookswitch allowing a headset user toanswer all calls by pressing the ANS/RLSbutton.03 HOT KEYPADWhen ON, this feature allows the user todial directory numbers without having tofirst lift the handset or press the SPK button.04 KEY TONE Allows the user to hear a slight tone whenpressing buttons on keyset.05 PAGE REJOINAllows the user to hear the latter part ofpage announcements if keyset becomesfree during a page.06 RING PREF.When OFF, requires the user to press thefast flashing button to answer a ringing callafter lifting the handset.07 NOT FOR USA This field is reserved and can not be usedfor U.S. software.08 AUTO CAMP-ONKeyset users can allow intercom calls tocamp-on to other keysets without having topress a CAMP-ON key.09 NOT FOR USA10 AME PSWDIf this option is set to YES, station userswho have AME set must enter their stationpassword to listen to messages being left.11 DISP SPD NAMEIf this option is set to ON the user will havethe name associated with the speed dialnumber shown in the display after thenumber has been dialed.12 CID REVIEW ALLIf this setting is set to OFF the CID reviewlist will only store CID information for callsthat were not answered at the station andreject the information for calls that wereanswered.
