This is called Auto Tray Switch.If there are multiple appropriate trays in Auto Tray Switch mode, the tray isselected according to the priority for paper type. If multiple paper types have thesame priority, the tray is selected according to the priority for the tray.● Auto Tray Switch is not applied to the paper type for which the priority for the paper type is not set.● If no appropriate tray is found in Auto Tray Switch mode, a message prompting you to feed paperwill appear. You can also select the setting for printing to the paper of almost the same size as thedocument or larger size paper without displaying this message.
