2406Troubleshooting6.8 Ejecting Remaining Data – WhenPrinting Stops Halfway ThroughThis section describes how to print all the print jobs spooled in the printer.Ejecting print data from the control panel allows you to interrupt receiving print jobs andempty the buffer.You can also delete all the print jobs spooled in the printer. For how to delete all the print jobs spooled in themachine, refer to “2.4 Canceling/Checking Print Jobs” (P.108).Procedure● Pressing the button automatically switches the printer to the off-line state in which datareceiving is disabled.● When you use parallel interfaces or a USB interface, the print data may be received during theprocessing of the job depending on when you press the button in step (1).
