Operating Instructions32Transaxle Lockout ArmsThe transaxle lockout arms disengage the transaxles. By lifting the arms up and locking them intoplace with the shoulder on the arm in the chassisnotch, the transaxles are released to permit freewheeling. By releasing the arms and recessingthem back toward the chassis, the transaxles areengaged for normal operation. The transaxle armsin the LOCKOUT position are used to enable moving the machine without the engine running (e.g., forservice). Refer to TRANSAXLE LOCKOUT in thissection for operating instructions.TransaxleLockout ArmsTransaxle Lockout Arm LocationNOTE: The transaxle lockout arms ends should becompletely retracted against the chassis, otherwiseoperation of the transaxle may be erratic.Circuit BreakerOne manual reset circuit breaker is located on theright front of the body. It has a button that pops outif the circuit breaker trips. The 20 amp circuit breaker protects the safety circuit and the relays. Thereis also a 30 amp master circuit breaker located in therear left of the chassis. The 30 amp circuit breakerprotects the starting system and the ignition system.HourmeterThe hourmeter, which is located on the right front ofthe body, displays operating time accumulatedwhile the ignition switch is in the ON (RUN) position.The hourmeter provides maintenance reminders after certain hours of operation. The hourmeter screenwill start flashing the reminder one hour prior to therecommended interval and will continue until onehour after the recommended interval (two hours).The hourmeter does not have a manual resetfunction.Procedure Interval* ReminderOil Change(BreakIn)** 46 Hours CHG OILLubricateand CheckLevels2426 Hours LUBEOil Change 4951 Hours*** CHG OIL* These intervals reflect the actual time that thereminder will flash (one hour prior to and onehour after the recommended interval).** This reminder is only used one time.*** In normal operating conditions, oil changes in100hour intervals are acceptable.
