This will ensure that supplies are available whenneeded and will minimize ordering time.Supplies can be ordered through the customer’s internal suppliescenter, through a dealer or even through Xerox Supplies. This isdetermined when the order center fax number is input after the autosupplies order is activated (see Supplies Order in Chapter 2). Youmay also want the flexibility to make bulk orders in order to gainquantity discounts when dealing directly with the Xerox suppliescenter.Setting-up Automatic Supplies OrderingAutomatic Supplies Ordering is a three stage process, you need tosetup details of the destination where the order will be sent, you needto set up details of the supplies to be ordered and you need to provideyour ordering details.
