The job may be very complex. • Reduce the complexity of the pageor try adjusting the print qualitysettings.• After 100 consecutive prints thedevice print speed will slow downuntil the current job completes. Thenext job will return to rated speed.Half the page is blank. The page orientation settingmay be incorrect.• Change the page orientation in yourapplication. See the printer driverhelp screen.The paper size and the papersize settings do not match.• Ensure that the paper size in theprinter driver settings matches thepaper in the tray.• Or, ensure that the paper size in theprinter driver settings matches thepaper selection in the softwareapplication settings you use.The machine prints, but thetext is wrong, garbled, orincomplete.The machine cable is loose ordefective.• Disconnect the machine cable andreconnect. Try a print job that youhave already printed successfully. Ifpossible, attach the cable and themachine to another computer thatyou know works and try a print job.• Try a new machine cable.The wrong printer driver wasselected.• Check the application’s printerselection menu to ensure that yourmachine is selected.The software application ismalfunctioning.• Try printing a job from anotherapplication.The operating system ismalfunctioning.• Exit applications and reboot thecomputer. Turn the Xerox machineoff and back on again.Pages print, but they are blank.
