4-4PRIMARY SHEAVE AND DRIVE V-BELT POWRTRNOTE:CAUTION: Fit the primary sheave assembly onto theadapter and secure the supporting plates 8 .Securely fit the projections on the adapter intothe fixed sheave holes. Set the bar wrench 9 onto the spider andturn the special tool clockwise to loosen thespider.Clutch spider separator(bar wrench):90890-01711, YS-28890-B The spider has a left-handed thread. Since a high torque is required to loosenthe spider, make sure that the spider, fixedsheave and special tool are well secured.Loosen the spider carefully to preventcracks and damage to the sheaves and spi-der. Remove the fixed sheave, fixed sheavestopper, and sliding sheave from the spider.
