If ashock sensor is used, follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper sensor mounting.Installing the Control's Circuit BoardDETAIL BSIDE VIEW OF SHORTMOUNTING CLIPSDETAIL ASIDE VIEW OFBOARD INSERTEDINTO SLOTSFigure 2-4: Mounting the PC BoardTo install the circuit board, perform the following steps:Step Action1 Hang the three mounting clips on the raised cabinet tabs. To avoid damage to the clipwhen the mounting screws are tightened, make sure the clip orientation is exactly asshown in Figure 2-4. This will also avoid problems with insertion and removal of the PCboard.2 Insert the top of the circuit board into the slots at the top of the cabinet. Make certain thatthe board rests in the slots as indicated.3 Swing the base of the board into the mounting clips and secure the board to the cabinetwith the accompanying screws.Make certain that the mounting screws are tight. This ensures a good ground connection between the PCboard and the cabinet. Also, dress field wiring away from the microprocessor (center) section of the PCboard. Use the 2 loops on the left and right side walls of the cabinet for anchoring field wiring using tiewraps. These steps are important to minimize the risk of panel RF interference with television reception.
