Handling rollsHandling rollsSelecting the Paper SourceWhen advancing paper, press the Feeder Selection button and select the source.You can determine the selected source by checking which lamp is lit-either the Roll Media lamp (a) or theCut Sheet lamp (b).• Roll Media lamp : Selected when printing on Roll Media.• Cut Sheet lamp : Selected when printing on Sheets.Note• If any paper is loaded that will not be used, a message is shown on the Display Screen, either Removeroll? or Eject sheet? when you press the Feeder Selection button.When removing the paper, press the OK button.• You cannot switch the paper source in the following situations:• If the Message lamp is ashingCheck the message on the Display Screen and take action as necessary.
