The 2 solid-state digital outputs arecommon for terminals 27 and 29. Set the I/O function forterminal 27 in parameter 5-01 Terminal 27 Mode and set theI/O function for terminal 29 in parameter 5-02 Terminal 29Mode. These parameters cannot be adjusted while themotor is running. The digital outputs can be programmedwith these functions:[0] No operation Default for all digital outputs and relayoutputs.[1] Control ready The control board receives supply voltage.[2] Drive ready The frequency converter is ready foroperation and applies a supply signal onthe control board.[3] Drive ready /remotecontrolThe frequency converter is ready foroperation and is in Auto On mode.[4] Stand-by / nowarningThe frequency converter is ready foroperation. No start or stop command isgiven (start/disable). There are nowarnings.[5] Running The motor is running.[6] Running / nowarningThe output speed is higher than the speedset in parameter 1-81 Min Speed forFunction at Stop [RPM]. The motor isrunning and there are no warnings.[8] Run onreference / nowarningThe motor runs at reference speed.[9] Alarm An alarm activates the output. There areno warnings.[10] Alarm orwarningAn alarm or a warning activates theoutput.[11] At torque limit The torque limit set inparameter 4-16 Torque Limit Motor Mode orparameter 4-13 Motor Speed High Limit[RPM] has been exceeded.[12] Out of currentrangeThe motor current is outside the range setin parameter 4-18 Current Limit.[13] Below current, lowThe motor current is lower than set inparameter 4-50 Warning Current Low.[14] Above current, highThe motor current is higher than set inparameter 4-51 Warning Current High.[16] Below speed, lowThe output speed is lower than the settingin parameter 4-52 Warning Speed Low.[17] Above speed, highThe output speed is higher than thesetting in parameter 4-53 Warning SpeedHigh.[18] Out offeedbackrangeThe feedback is outside the range set inparameter 4-56 Warning Feedback Low andparameter 4-57 Warning Feedback High.[19] Belowfeedback lowThe feedback is below the limit set inparameter 4-56 Warning Feedback Low.[20] Abovefeedback highThe feedback is above the limit set inparameter 4-57 Warning Feedback High.[21] ThermalwarningThe thermal warning turns on when thetemperature exceeds the limit in themotor, the frequency converter, the brakeresistor, or the thermistor.[25] Reverse The motor runs (or is ready to run)clockwise when there is a logic 0 signaland counterclockwise when there is alogic 1 signal. The output changes as soonas the reversing signal is applied.[26] Bus OK Active communication (no time-out) viathe serial communication port.[27] Torque limitand stopUse this option to perform a coasting stopand in torque limit condition. If thefrequency converter has received a stopsignal and is at the torque limit, the signalis logic 0.[28] Brake, nowarningThe brake is active and there are nowarnings.[29] Brake ready,no faultThe brake is ready for operation and thereare no faults.[30] Brake fault(IGBT)The output is logic 1 when the brake IGBTis short-circuited. Use this function toprotect the frequency converter if there isa fault on the brake modules. Use theoutput/relay to cut out the main voltagefrom the frequency converter.Parameter Descriptions VLT® HVAC Drive FC 10296 Danfoss A/S © 10/2019 All rights reserved. M001000133
