To order additional materials,please contact your authorized reseller.Adjusting the Card SizeThe Printer is only configured to feed and print standard CR-80 sized cards. (Note: Whenloading cards which vary from the standard 30 mil thickness, it is necessary to make simpleadjustments to the Printer.) Wider Cards: HDP600 does not accommodate wider loads. Please consult with yourFargo sales representative if you have wider card needs. Thicker or Thinner Cards: If loading thicker or thinner cards into the Printer, adjust theCard Thickness Adjustment Lever.Adjusting the Card Thickness Adjustment LeverWhen loading thicker or thinner cards, it is important that the Card Thickness AdjustmentLever be set accordingly to ensure the Printer feeds only one card at a time. (Note: If thePrinter is equipped with the Card Lamination Module, only cards with a thickness rangingfrom 30 mil to 40 mil can be laminated. Thicker cards will, however, be allowed to passthrough the Lamination Module if you choose to print-only.Step Procedure1 Open the Printer's Card Access Door and locate the Card ThicknessAdjustment Lever.2 Press the blue lock and raise or lower the Lever to the setting that matches thethickness of the cards. (Note: If you do not find a setting for the exact cardthickness, set the adjustment knob to the setting closest to the thickness of thecards.)The adjustment level controls the position of the Printer's internal CardSeparator, which is designed to accommodate a range of card thicknessessurrounding the given card thickness settings.
