These functionsshould be used to complete most of your cooking.The browning element and base heat can be used in thelatter part of the cooking process to fine tune the results toyour particular requirements.Table 2.1 gives a summary of the multifunction modes.The multifunction ovens have many varied uses. We suggestyou keep a careful eye on your cooking until you are familiarwith each function. Remember – not all functions will besuitable for all food types.
