You can forward your calls to an internal or external telephone. Toforward your calls to an external destination you must enter the route plus thedialing digits of the external telephone. For example, if your system requires you todial 9 for external calls then you must enter 9 plus the dialing digits to forward yourcalls to an external number.You can also use Line Redirection to forward calls outside the system. Lineredirection takes precedence over Call Forward.Canceling Call ForwardPress ƒ£›.Using Call Forward at your telephoneWhen you use ƒ›, all calls go to the destination you select, regardless ofhow Forward on busy and Forward no answer are programmed.To allow external destination programming you need to start a Unified Managersession. Allow redirect must be set to Yes for each set. You can answer the call by pressing the button next to the flashingindicator.TipIf your Enterprise Edge set is a member of a Hunt Group, the Call Forward allcalls setting is overridden by the Hunt Group routing for Hunt Group calls.
