If you turn offthis setting, received Internet-Faxes will not beprinted until the power switch is turned on.Original print on transaction reportThis program is used to have part of the first pageof the Internet-Fax printed on the transactionreport. This program is used in conjunction with thetransaction report print setting (at right), and is noteffective when printing of the transaction report isdisabled.This program is normally configured so that part ofthe fax is printed on the transaction report when atransmission is not successful.Transaction report print select settingThis setting is used to select the conditions forprinting out Transaction Reports. Conditions canbe selected for normal transmissions, broadcasttransmissions, and receptions.The normal settings are indicated by shadingabove.If the document filing functions are expanded, areception setting is available.Touch the key to display the next setting. Selectthe print conditions for receptions.Activity report print select settingThis program is used to have the activity reportstored in the machine's memory printed out atregular intervals.You can choose to have the report automaticallyprinted each time the number of storedtransactions exceeds 99, or have the report printedat a specified time every day (only once per day).The report is normally set to not print out.
