Theyare also used to access most functions and programmingoptions.Using the One Touch Keys for DialingFor dialing, just press the appropriate One Touch key. Foreach key, you can program up to two telephone numbers: aprimary number, which will always be dialed first, and anoptional alternate number which will be automatically dialedif the first number is busy or if there is no answer. You canalso use the Location IDs (names) associated with one Touchkeys to search for these locations by name using the searchkey. See “Programming Your One Touch Directory.”Using the One Touch Keys for SelectingFunctions and ProgrammingUse the One Touch keys for selecting special transmissionand reception functions, for obtaining reports, and for quickaccess to programming functions. To select a function, pressthe Select Function key, then press the corresponding OneTouch key.1/Delayed TX key: Use this key to send a fax at a later timeand date which you specify (within three days). See “Sendinga Fax at a Later Date and Time.”2/Print Operation Key: Use this key to print out aconfidential received document stored in memory.3/Confidential TX key: Use this key to send a confidentialdocument to a mail box (memory storage area) in thereceiving fax machine.4/Relay Initiate TX Key: Use this key to set up a relayed faxtransmission. During a relayed fax transmission, your MFPinitiates the transmission by sending a document to a secondfax machine, which then Broadcasts the message to a numberof other fax machine’s.
