Refer to the reports listing below to determinewhich reports you want to print, then refer to Printing Reportsfor instructions on printing a report.Active Memory Files ReportThe active memory files report provides a list of all messagesstored in your MFP’s memory, either documents waiting fortransmission or documents, which have been received and notyet printed. Information provided on this report includes:• The date and time at which the message was received, orat which the transmission was scanned into memory. Forreceptions, the duration of the communication (TIME) isalso included.• The name or telephone number of the MFP you werecommunicating with. (For transmissions, the telephonenumber of the location are printed. For receptions, the MFP’spersonal ID or its telephone number are printed.)• The communication mode used for each transmission orreception.• The number of pages sent or received.• The result of each communication.• The department ID entered for the communication (if thisfunction is turned on).One use for this report is to help you to determine the sessionand messages numbers of a message stored in memory in theevent that you need to erase one.Activity ReportThe activity report provides a record of your MFP’scommunications. Information provided on this reportincludes:• The total amount of time your MFP spent sending faxesand the total amount of time spent receiving faxes.• The date, time and duration (S,R-TIME) of eachtransmission or reception.• The name or telephone number of the fax machine youwere communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID). Ifyou were sending a fax, the telephone number or theLocation ID is printed. If you were receiving a fax, theremote fax machine’s Personal ID or its telephone numberis printed.
