112■ Laser check radiation: SPTControls “Laser check radiation” for laser radiation at the center of the marking area.Setting of laser checkSTX SPT S [Laser check radiation]1-byte (Check sum) DelimiterName Data length[byte] Description RemarksLaser checkradiation 1“0”: Stop radiation“1”: Start radiation“2”: Stop radiationtemporarily• The internal shutter is automatically opened andclosed at the time of start and stop of radiation.• “Stop radiation temporarily” refers to the statusstopping radiation with the shutter opened. Use thisstate only when restarting radiation in a while.• To restart the radiation after sending “2” (Stopradiation temporarily), send “1” without closing theshutter.Reference• This command is available only when the DIP switch No. 2 on the rear side of the controller is ON.• You can start the laser radiation only when the laser pumping is completed and the shutter is closed or the “commandreception mode ON” is set by Command reception permission (MKM) command.• The laser is radiated at the center position.• The laser power can be changed by setting the laser condition.• For LP-Z series, even without “stop” or “interrupt” command, the laser radiation automatically stops after about oneminute and the shutter is closed.• For LP-Mxxx-S type, laser can not be emitted without opening the laser gate. After starting the radiation, open the lasergate by external control signals. Refer to the “Safety / Setup / Maintenance Guide” for detail.• For LP-Mxxx-S type, “laser gate open request output” signal will be ON to start the radiation and “laser gate closerequest output” signal will be ON after finishing the radiation for the specified one-shot time.• Do not control other operation or setting with “Stop radiation temporarily” status. Laser radiation should be ended with“Stop radiation” status.• Do not execute any other operation during the laser radiation.ME-LPMSZ-SR-9 |
