172 Moving objectsTroubles Causes MeasuresMarking cannot be done. Encoder signal is off. Check for proper connection to encoder.Marking is sometimesskipped.(E800 occurs.)Marking trigger signal is enteredbefore current marking isfinished.• Increase scan speed setting of laser marker.• Decrease delay distance setting of laser marker.• Reduce feeder speed.• Increase marking interval (interval between objects onfeeder).Characters unreadableFeed direction is not correct. Remove obstacle between head of laser marker andobject.For LP-M series:The marking target objectmovement timing is notsynchronized with thedisplacement sensor triggeroutput timing.Confirm the displacement sensor detection position andthe displacement sensor trigger timing.Confirm the displacement sensor specifications andmatch the signal output timing to the marking triggersignal timing.For LP-M series:Output signal of thedisplacement sensor is notstable.Confirm the installation status and check if thedisplacement sensor is receiving the impact of vibrationor the like.Confirm the output signal of the displacement sensor tocheck if it is being affected by noise.ME-LPMSZ-SR-9 |
