Press TRSF 104 [201] STN NAME2. Dial station number (e.g., 205)OR press UP or DOWN to select the station and press[205] STN NAMEthe right soft key to move the cursor3. Enter the station name using the procedure describedbelow and press the right soft key to return[205] STN NAMESAM SMITHto step 24. Press TRSF to store and exit programmingOR press SPK to store and advance to the nextprogramNOTE: Directory information is always 11 characters.DEFAULT DATA: NoneNames are written using the keypad. Each press of a key selects a character. Pressingthe dial pad key moves the cursor to the next position. For example: if the directory nameis "SAM SMITH," press the number "7" four times to get the letter "S". Now press thenumber "2" twice to get the letter "A". Continue selecting characters from the table belowto complete your message. Pressing the "A" key changes the letter from upper case tolower case.NOTE: When the character you want appears on the same dial pad key as the previouscharacter, press the UP key to move the cursor to the right.
