XEROX WIDE FORMAT COPY SYSTEM Special features keys • 65Finisher keyA finishing device, such as a folder, can be connected to the WIDEFORMAT COPY SYSTEM If such a device is connected, the Finisherkey enables or disables that device.To enable/disable a finishing device:1. Press the Finisher key. The Finisher indicator lamp illuminatesand the FINISHER menu screen are displayed. The blackarrows indicate that the menu contains more options than arevisible. The selected option is highlighted.FINISHERFOLD PROGRAMTITLE BLOCK LOCATIONOUTPUT BINOVERLENGTH OPTIONTAB OPTIONSNOTE: If no finishing device is connected, pressing the Finisher keyproduces the error message shown below.FINISHERFINISHER OPTIONIS NOT AVAILABLEWhen a set is being built, the finisher options cannot be changed andpressing the Finisher key is invalid. The error screen shown below isdisplayed. Enable the finisher and select the finisher options eitherbefore selecting the Sets Build option or after the set has been built.FINISHERFINISHER OPTION CANNOT BE CHANGEDDURING SETS BUILD OPERATIONFor either error screen, press the Exit key to return to the READYscreen. The Finisher indicator lamp is extinguished2. Press the Previous or Next key to scroll through the list ofoptions.3. When the desired option is highlighted, press the Enter key toselect the option.
