4.5 HomingHere you will find information on how the System SLIO motion module searches the refer-ence position. The reference position is also called "basic position", "start position" or"home position". Homing is an initialisation drive of an axis, where the correct position isdetermined by means of an reference signal. This process is called "referencing", "homedrive" or "homing". When referencing you can determine velocity, acceleration, decelera-tion and type of homing. The FM 054-1DA00 supports the following homing types:nÄ Chapter 4.5.1 ‘Homing by means of a homing switch’ on page 53nÄ Chapter 4.5.2 ‘Homing to current position’ on page 55Please note:–Ä Chapter 4.2 ‘Commissioning’ on page 45–Ä ‘Application data’ on page 51Ä ‘0x8280-01 -Operating mode requested’ on page 1126: Homing mode(Ä ‘0x8280-02 - Operating mode actual’on page 112 )à Homing àÄ ‘0x8100-02 - Status word’ on page 105Ä ‘0x8300-02 - Homing method’on page 113Ä ‘0x8300-03 - Homing digital inputI/O1…I/O4’ on page 113Ä ‘0x8300-04 - Homing digital input activepolarity I/O1…I/O4’ on page 114Ä ‘0x8280-02 - Operating mode actual’on page 112Ä ‘0x8300-05 - Homing target position’on page 114Ä ‘0x8300-06 - Homing velocity V1’on page 114Ä ‘0x8300-07 - Homing velocity V2’on page 115Ä ‘0x8300-08 - Homing acceleration’on page 115Ä ‘0x8300-09 - Homing deceleration’on page 115Ä ‘0x8300-10 - Homing offset value’on page 115OverviewStart - Start parameterhomingVIPA System SLIODeploymentHomingHB300 | FM | 054-1DA00 | en | 18-0652
