CYLINDER HEAD5-14d. Make sure that the timing chain tensioner rodcomes out of the timing chain tensioner hous-ing smoothly. If there is rough movement, re-place the timing chain tensioner.e. Tighten:• Cylinder head nuts “1”• Cylinder head bolts “2”TIP• Lubricate the cylinder head nuts “1” with themolybdenum-disulfide grease.• Tighten the cylinder head nuts and bolts in theproper tightening sequence as shown andtorque them in two stages.2. Install:• Camshaft sprocket• Timing chain• Camshaft sprocket bolt▼▼▼▼ ▼ ▼▼▼▼ ▼ ▼▼▼▼ ▼ ▼▼▼▼ ▼ ▼▼▼▼ ▼ ▼▼▼▼ ▼▼▼a. Turn the crankshaft clockwise.b. Align the “I” mark “a” on the AC magneto rotorwith the match mark “b” on the right crank-case.c.
