Check:• Camshaft lobesBlue discoloration/pitting/scratches → Re-place the camshaft.2. Measure:• Camshaft lobe dimensions “a” and “b”Out of specification → Replace the camshaft.3. Measure:• Camshaft runoutOut of specification → Replace the camshaft.4.
