Parts Removal Replacement IOLMaster 7003.4.3 JoystickPrecondition: The cross stage covers have been removed. See section 3.4.2, page 21.Procedure:1) Loosen the two cable clips (Torx 10) anddisconnect the joystick cable from the maincontrol PCB.2) Remove the four holding screws (Torx 10)and carefully remove the joystick assembly(take care not to break the toothed belt!)Fig. 46 – Holding Screws for JoystickReassembly:1) Reassemble in the reverse order, observing the following:2) Loosely tighten the four holding screws so that it is still possible to move the joystick assembly.Place the toothed belt over the joystick and adjust the tension using the joystick assembly; setthe tension so that there is no slack however the belt is not too tight!3) With the correct belt tension tighten the four holding screws.
