Adjustment and Calibration IOLMaster 700S106 – Update PI firmwareDescription:Use this function to upload a new firmwareversion onto the PI.An external 'bootloader'-program, firmware fileand config file are required and must be saved inthe following location:“ExternalPrograms\BootLoaderPI\”.This use case starts the preconfiguredbootloader-program in a new window. The restof the work is completed automatically.Fig. 11 – S106 – Update PI firmware (1)Prerequisites:– The bootloader program for the PI and thenew PI firmware file are present andaccessible at an arbitrary disk location.– The ServiceTool is properly configured to usethis bootloader program and its broughtalong firmware file.1) Ensure that all prerequisites are fullfiled andverify the configured bootloader commandline.2) Click button 'Continue' to proceed or 'StepBack' to go back to the use case selectionview.
