3-3Installing the Driver3 Shut down the system and remove the Adaptec RAIDInstallation CD and the driver floppy disk.4 Insert the Windows 2000 setup media (floppy disk or CD) andrestart the system to begin the Windows 2000 installation.5 When the Windows 2000 installation starts, a blue screenappears after the hardware detection message. Whenprompted to install a third-party driver, press F6.Note: You only have 5 seconds to press the F6 key during theinstallation startup. A prompt appears at the bottom of thescreen when F6 is active.
