Alerting the DriverThe alert symbol flasheson the HUD and a warningbeep sounds when driveraction is required.Driver action is required when:• Adaptive Cruise Control cannot apply sufficientbraking because you are approaching a vehicle toorapidly.• The vehicle speed drops below about25 mph (40 km/h).• A temporary condition prohibits Adaptive CruiseControl from operating.
